Our pines are extracted from forests with responsible management plan, authorized by ICF (INSTITUTO DE CONSERVACION FORESTAL)

The management plans cover a Forty-year period and are implemented on a yearly basis.

We are now certified for “Chain of Custody” (SW-COC-001628) and "Forest management"  (SW-FM/COC-001819) by Rainforest Alliance SmartWood Program.

Yodeco is currently a pioneer in Pine plantations in Honduras. This year we will continue with a 360 ha. plantation as part of a long term strategy for getting our logs from plantations instead of natural forests.
